My breakfast this morning, hard boiled egg and a wheat toast
Snack time! Yummy red apple :)
Deli grilled chicken with salad for lunch :)
Dinner! Mexican “carne guisada”, pork meat with tomatoes and sliced onions, and just a touch of chipotle peppers to add that mex-mex taste :)
Oh and of course a bottle water!!
Lunch time! Potbelly’s Farmhouse Salad….I did no onions, no bluecheese. So yummy!! And yes I did ranch, slowly but surely I’ll improve!!!
